Job Title: Lead Mechanic FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY: The Fleet Services Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction and administration of the Fleet Maintenance. Responsibilities include managing diverse personnel in the fleet maintenance department. Operations analysis, reporting and program compliance with company and trade standards.

Perform other duties required.
High school diploma or GED.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs.
Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of inventory control and vendor relations.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance scheduling practices.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Experience in managing multiple projects, prioritizing and meeting deadlines. Excellent follow through abilities.
Needs own set of hand tools.
Willing to be “On-Call”
Must have or achieve A.S.E. certification in the following Engine Repair, Tune-Up & Diagnosis, Automatic Transmissions, Manual & Drive Line, Electrical, A/C, Brakes, and Steering & Suspension within 18months of date of hire.
