    Job Title: Access2Care Data and Reports Specialist         

    Reports To: Director of Contract Oversight

    Department: Contract Oversight                                  

    Location: Greenwood Village, 6363 Fiddlers Green Circle   

    FLSA Status: Non Exempt




    Working closely with members of our Operations, Finance and Business Intelligence teams, you will analyze national and regional markets and client needs to identify and summarize trends in transportation and call center activities. The role will assist in evaluating and when necessary, researching further to understand and communicate findings to leadership.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Tasks will include project work, business analysis from various systems and prepare reports and presentations
    • Merge and cleanse data from disparate systems using technical and business validation rules
    • Identify and interpret meaningful trends, patterns and insights from complex data
    • Suggest improvements in the tools and techniques
    • Visualize data insights using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Perform complex and comprehensive research
    • Responsible for special projects/reports as assigned
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:



    • High school graduate or GED required
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or currently attending 4-year university or college with a BS in Computer Sciences or Engineering, Mathematics, Statistical Science or a related field
    • Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics 


    • Basic knowledge in database querying
    • Basic knowledge with SQL, Tableau, Power BI or other software tools and services
    • Solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
    • Must have effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong in solving problems, especially in areas where you have no experience
    • Natural curiosity and demonstrated ability to turn observed data into a story
    • Ability to take complex problems and build simple frameworks
    • Must be a self-starter and ability to develop analysis with limited supervision
    • Ability to work with others in a high volume, fast paced environment
